Xooey: I love my Jacky Alexa Oak Oversized and she has gotten so smooshy with use, but I use her alot. No wear on the corners and I even carry her next to denim with no transfer. I also have a Jacky Plum Alexa Regular size.
I am going to get the Alexa Nude Python as I think I need to have it in my collection. Oak Oversized Alexa is my favorite bag. I am carrying her today.

Please note that I did not use any conditioner on my Jacky Alexa Oak. I just let her break in naturally with use and that is why she is so lovely. You need to carry her alot to get it to look like mine.

Jacky is going to make the Alexa Black Patent Leopard so that is my next Alexa. He is also making the Edna bag in Tomato Red and Oak as well as the Mulberry Lily. Jacky also advised me that he will be making the Mulberry calf Hair Alexa in the smaller size.

^coco109: I love my J Alexa nude python, the leather and hardware is great, but i have to say that I was a bit dissapponted in the python trim on my bag.

Just a tip, but I would ask J to make sure that he sends you a bag where the python trim on the front of the bag (that goes around the flap) is continuous and doesn't have a seam. Mine has a seam behind the buckle where two pieces of python meet (KWIM) that you can't see unless the strap is open--- I hate when I see it and it's a complete tell if you ask me. Otherwise I love the color and textures of the bag.

About Jacky Rocco Lugagge, the Auth luggage studs are cupcake style and Jacky's are the multy lines kind. I agree that the best bet it's black AW from Jacky. I have the Auth luggage Diego and it does looks different.

Has anyone here ever asked Jacky if he will make this bag? I vaguely remember that someone here already did ask and the answer was a 'No'? If no one has done so, I'll be emailing him and hope for the best.

Xooey: I would love an Oak Leopard Alexa. I will write to Jacky to ask him to make it. It might be that it is a difficult color for him to make. I have seen many bad ones on ioffer with wrong coloration.

My first OMAS Birkin is everything I ever wanted and more!
It took a looooooooong time to decided just which style was right for me. I initially wanted a Kelly in Rouge Garrance, then a Birkin 30cm in Hermes Orange, but finally decided on this: Black 35cm Birkin in Clemence with Gold Hardware
The quality is incredible, the leather is pillowy soft and light (not bulky and rigid like togo ) and looks so laid back chic when carried open.

I plan on using it primarily for travel but clemence leather is so light and soft it can easily be carried as an everyday bag.
Dealing with Yan was effortless and problem-free, just as it is with Jacky or Catty. I received my tracking number the day after I paid and here it is-- five days later!

I highly recommend OMAS and can guarantee this won't be my last Birkin B)

I just got my Catty Wallet on Chain fixed! So, I ordered this from her, but the chain fell apart, from just putting my items in it and wearing it. So, I had the cobbler re-do the strap. I asked Catty to refund me some money. We haggled, and I got her to refund $20. That helped with the cost of fixing the flap, and my emotional suffering X-D

Other than that, it's beautiful! I will be back for Catty Chanel items. I'd rather run this risk than have a Jacky flap made from his BV leather :-/

Oh man! The postman literally just delivered this lovely parcel to me! I got this great, black, inky, matte CHEVRE city from a TFS lady. It's my HG; I'm am so happy!

I do have a question for all you NBF ladies that have experimented with leather conditioners. The leather on this is really thin and worn-in. That was out of my control/TFS girl's control, but I want to make the most of this bag. Do you know of a product that can make the leather stiffer, or chewier, or just thicker?

Or something that reassures me that this bag will be with me for a long time before it dies?

It looks good, and I agree about getting Chanels from Catty now instead of Jacky. Catty's quality has stepped up quite a bit to me. It's too bad J's quality fell off.

Catty is very good also for refunding for defects!
