Isabel Marant for La Redoute

I couldn't find a thread for this, so sorry if this is a repost. There are a few pieces up on La Redoute France (with Lou Doillon as the model!).

These pieces seem to be nearly identical to ones in her Fall 2006 collection. Does anyone know anything about this? Whether her line will be available in the US?
