God, the shoes really are out of place. Not too sure about the dress either, but it could've been remedied with a better shoe choice.

I actually really like this look for some reason. And her previous two looks were pretty good, too. It's amazing how much an outfit can change when you're not wearing ugly LV ankle boots.
