I dont beleive it...just like the Nicole Richie and Adam DJ when they had a hard time and were rumored to split...For Godsake they have been together for a very long time before they got married...

^^^^ I agree Dulcisima. Couples go through things....and I am sure it's probably amplified even more in hollywood. If Jessica is seen eating by herself at a restuarant...then that translated in "hollywood terms" means her and Nick are separated! It's just ridiculous.
