I think it's just a highly stylized photo (looks like it's shot by Paolo Roversi?) I think it would be incredibly difficult to photoshop her to look completely different with that netting over her face..

Anyways, in my opinion this is one of the best photo's I've seen of her this year. It really shows off her versatility.
