Basil Soda Taps Jessica Stam for Ads

SODA GIRL: Lebanese designer Basil Soda has tapped Jessica Stam as the face of his fall campaign as part of efforts to step up his profile in Europe. Soda, who dressed celebrities including Marion Cotillard at the Cannes Film Festival in May, is known for his architectural lines and monochrome color palette. Starting as a couture designer, he presented his first ready-to-wear collection in 2010. The campaign, shot by Daniel Sannwald, will break in fall issues of European magazines including French Vogue, Numéro and L'Officiel.
