Based out of NYC, the designer behind this three seasons-old label, Joel Dias worked for Helmut Lang for five years. I really love the textures and the balance between fluid draping and linear tailoring. Needs to refine its focus and cohesiveness a bit but a definite one to watch for me

oh..
the shapes are gorgeous.. I feel like that aesthetic has been played by so many before but he makes it seem so new, especially in the pieces of the second post..

thanks for posting, kiddo.

omg.
like um... this is probably one of the best lines i've ever seen. especially this. and is it possible i'm seeing balenciaga and jil sander f/w 09 influences here? because i feel like i do. not to say it's copying or unoriginal, it's done quite nicely.
i'm glad he moved away from helmut lang because if this is his aesthetic than helmut lang was way to casual for him.

I like the coats and some of the other things

thanks for posting this Kiddo :> i always love to look at new comers....who might make it big someday else..:> wow i like those kinda-origami folded piece :>
