in london the biggies( harvey nicks, harrods and selfridges) sale's last about a month- the end of the harrods sale is usually the cut-off point for the other ones. yep, june/july is a v depressing four weeks for those who paid retail at the start of the season

nordstrom just had their twice yearly sale for women and kids...

bergdorf, neimans and saks are having their sales now...i saw that saks just marked things down again so maybe another week or two...

macys, etc. seems to always have sales...

Right now in London and Paris on designer wear like Chloe the discount is 30% right? I cant seam to get through to the sales floor, they blocked the calls. Anyone know the deal? Thanks

^ That miu miu sweater is originally 325... Pretty much all of the stuff at Miu Miu on melrose is gone.... I would still check by because they still had a Large in mens and a few larger sizes in the identical womens version.. they are at 50% off now.

I never posted in this thread before so I didn't get to read it when it updated. I didn't really want anything from Atelier that I kept in mind (my only purchase this season was totally serendipitous). Those CCP pants are gone in my size, as well as the Les Hommes pants that I wanted. The Les Homme jacket that I like no longer fits me, as I've been working out lately. I'm waiting for Fall stock anyhow...

I would still try miu miu... if a mens large is too big for you, maybe a womens 42 would be OK... Neimans doesnt have miu miu clothes. I dont think any other stores in LA carried that sweater.

it really depends on the brand. i'm sure some stuff is in already. usually jil sander/miu miu/prada comes first.

Wide Leg, high-waisted Raf Simons trousers. I will buy them, wear them, and get as much use out of them before everyone else will adopt them a year or so later when they finally get used to the silhouette!

Volume is already happening in women'swear, and menswear is not far behind. I love the Dior Homme silhouette but everyone is wearing and doing it, and it has ceased to feel special and unique to me for a while now, and I need a fresh change!

Sorry, I didn't look. It is very unlikely that they wouldn't be on sale now, though.
