As for movies, she's doing a movie called After.Life with Alfred Molina in August/September. And I guess she'll have to start promoting The Girl in the Park sometime soon, its supposed to play at TIFF.

I couldn't see her doing Knocked Up. I couldn't see Kate doing the nudity required for the role.

Um, did you not see Blue Crush? She was practically naked for a good chunk of the movie. Also in Wonderland. Plus there's rumor of a deleted nude scene in Rules of Attraction.

It would be a way to spice up her boring image.

I don't think she would be afraid of a nude scene. Although I can't see it spicing up her image. If there was a nude scene in Knocked Up, I hadn't even heard of it so it hasn't done much to spice up Katherine H's profile, lol. For me at least.

lol, you call that ^^^ nudity. please. I do think doing nudity in a film would make her look cheap. But if it were a GOOD film, you know, an Oscar worthy film, then I think it would benefit her. But I'm not sure if she is ever going be in a good film like that.

I said it was "practically" nude. Not exactly a topless shot, but it's more than some actresses will go. *shrugs*

If it was a cheap film than yeah it would make her look cheap, but if it was some gritty sort of independent film then it might give her some spice. Certainly more than Win A Date did.

I don't really consider that nudity, plus its on screen for like mere seconds. Plus you can't actually see anything, its all about the angles. There nudity in Knocked Up is more than brief. You can actually see her t*ts and all. I actually didn't really find it all that necessary but whatever... I think using nudity to "spice up" any actresses images is just stupid. I think its fine if it really adds something to the movie through character development, but otherwise its just not necessary.

I liked it. It'll probably change your opinion of Kate's acting if you see it. I think it's been her best performance to date.
