Kate Moss and Pete Doherty (Please read guidelines before posting)

No. But if I was in an alley with Pete I would not only open my coat, but take it off. Along with the rest of my clothes. :p

I should be listening to Pete and co now but I am listening to the beautiful Modern Times. I don't think I am fully back in that fold. Like Angel and the Order of Aurelius. Oops this isn't facebook. There are other people here!

I want the new songs. What are they.

Oh and neither of us got good vibes of Kate. She seems a bit idiotic.

You have the new songs on the Raoul megamix I believe.

Sadly, the c-word's effects in this field are well-documented.

Pete's about as scene as you can get - it seems like all my acid-green-sunglassed friends have met him at parties out in Shoreditch/Camden/Hoxton... even in a notorious crack den in Newcastle.

Maybe his literary pretensions are telling him to cultivate a timeless image... a bit like James Joyce.

The scene is too middle class. And whilst he is firmly middle class... a lot of his friends aren't. And he is more in Bethnal Green than Shoreditch or Hoxton. Though I wont argue with Camden. But Camden isn't scene. It is every scene on the planet so it can't be specifically the one we are talking about.

Are you saying Joyce had literary pretensions... or that he wants a timeless image like Joyce? I don't doubt that many of the people we celebrate today had pretensions of some sort or the other. I am not defending Pete Doherty god knows. I am certain I wouldn't be able to bear him in life (having not been able to bear him in life) but they can put on a damn good show and who is going to argue with that?

This is what I told her. I said I was going take Viagra when I went to Dylan's hotel room on Sunday and she probably ought to do the same for a man forty years younger. Would she listen? Of course not. He is a stallion in her eyes, is our Pete. He looked very grey today. But he is still a beauty.

Then what new CD were you talking about.

I am so glad I heard Arcady and I Love You But You're Green in acoustic form live. I adore those songs. The first reminds me of As You Like It or the pastoral scenes in The Winter's Tale and the second reminds me of much teenage discontent!

I don't know anyone who's met him in Bethnal Green. But then I can't say I know anyone who hangs around there... (Not that my friends give me itemised lists of where they might be appearing for the month.)

Pete Doherty confirmed he is to wed on-off love Kate Moss.

Pete Doherty has confirmed he is to wed Kate Moss.
The Babyshambles frontman admitted the pair are engaged when he dedicated a song to "my beautiful fiance" in front of a thousand fans yesterday. The romantic gesture came as Pete introduced the track KP Nuts during a solo show at London's Hackney Empire.
Kate joined him on stage to help perform a couple of songs, including La Belle Et La Bete, sporting an engagement ring.Speculation over the pair's wedding plans has been rife ever since Pete bought a diamond engagement ring last August.Kate allegedly insisted the rocker get off ****, stop hanging around with "losers" and stick to a strict music and poetry-writing regime before she would marry him.

i have to say, i used to be a big fan of kate moss and how casual she seems but that picture of her hanging out the window and prancing around with pete glamorizing heroin chic makes me embaressed for her! she needs to grow up and realize how disgusting and sick they both look. you have a child!!!

and now theyre getting married!@?!??! please have a drop of intelligence and protect your money.....

You might have picked the wrong day of critisism of anything that have to do with Pete. Wait until the reunion-fever has gone down a little. ^_^

alright i will give it a few days and come back with vengeance :p

Nah criticise away Erin. I was at the gig and I still would not be up for censoring debate. I agree she is atrocious. I was under the window when she leaned out and she just seemed absurd. Nobody really cared. They just wanted to hear the song. He is harder to read in public settings but I don't think any of us doubt he can have his atrocious moments.

it's a bit sad that (because i think that's an old picture of her in the herald's engagement announcement, maybe johnny depp era?) she looks more mature and responsible while in her early 20s than she does now

That picture and video of her hanging out the window is the most staged thing I have ever seen. She sure loves the paps.

Agreed!
Where's the little girl's daddy? What will it take for him to protect her from these two morons? He's just as irresponsible for letting her (their child) be in that situation in imo.
