^ Er, she admitted that she did to H&M, or at least according to H&M's spokeman, a claim which was never refuted by Moss or her own spokespeople. And she did check into a rehabilitation facility which is an obvious admission of some sort of addiction. Even if it wasn't for the d-word, any addiction is not healthy and does generally not create a healthy environment for a child.

She did nothing of the sort, she admitted full responsibility for her actions, what those actions may be is anyone's guess. As the Metropolitan Police dropped all charges I don't see why you think you posess a Holmesian prowess they don't. All of which is irrelevant anyway... Similarly, where she owns an apartment is not the issue, her child is clearly the responsibility of Westminster council, who have no grounds to issue a care order.

There is no double-standard in her treatment by the authorities. Case closed.

Whatever, there IS a double standard, at least in my country for people with wealth, fame or affluence. It's not just Kate Moss, it's a variety of people who are allowed to get away with reprehensible, illegal behavior simply because of their money. Naomi Campbell is another example. She got a slap on the wrist.

And I asked whether or not she had an apartment in NYC because I had remember reading that somewhere, but of course she resides mainly in London. I think she spent most of her time in NYC when she was with Johnny Depp.

For once Kate Moss and Pete Doherty seemed happy to enjoy life's innocent pleasures. The model took her rocker boyfriend out of the spotlight to bask in the glorious spring heatwave at her country retreat. But it seems the notorious Babyshambles front man still needed an adrenalin rush during his country break.

Erm he doesn't have open sores. If we were photographed by high-definition cameras all the time, we would look like masses of pits and globules too. I have seen him in person so many times and he is so clean it is kind of dissapointing.
