Kate Moss For TopShop

There are a few more pictures in UK Vogue (March) plus an interview.

£45!! :D I love the white dress so much. I liked the black one with the cut-out neckline, I have liked it since kate wore her one years ago -but not sure it's worth the money.

I need that dress but I live in Spain

Will Barneys ship internationally ?

From Barneys website:

We cannot ship to Post Office Boxes or international addresses

I just called opening ceremony in NY
they said , they are going to carry katemoss topshop soon .

I had no expectations going into this but now I really want some of this stuff :woot: That white dress is amazing!

And any word on the sizing for this line? Which sizes will be offered?

I for one will not be suckered into this. I will look at the clothes in the same way I'd browse through any TopShop clothing, and buy anything that fits me well and looks good - NOT because it "came from Kate's wardrobe" - pfffft. This line seems like a joke - she's not a designer, she's a model who wears interesting garments that start trends - what's the point in wearing her old stuff? Go and buy some real vintage pieces if you're looking for that kind of thing, not mass produced copies of Kate's favs.

Just my opinion.... I just don't get it.

^I think that most of us are approaching this collection that way. I am a fan of kate's , and think she has a great style, so I'm looking forward to seeing what she has inspired. Most of us know she is not a designer and did not design this collection, but yet influenced it. I do love the vintage look, but personally don't like to wear pre-worn clothes... That's just me. I see nothing wrong with being excited about this collection.

so is this collection going to be offered on the topshop website? How limited (or not limited) will it be?

I'm a little disappointed, there isn't anything in the collection I could see myself wearing.

I'm concerned about the collection debuting @ Topshop May 1st & the Barney's debut starting on May 8th! I'm hoping it won't be a limited amount of items, which I sorta think it will be.

uh-oh, it seems like barneys might be jacking up the price on a few items

KATE'S FIRST LOOK: Kate Moss' collection for Topshop got its first official unveiling on the retailer's Web site when a microsite dedicated to the collection was launched Tuesday. And the moody shots of Moss and Irina Lazareanu, shot by Alasdair McLellan, reveal that Moss hasn't been shy about mining her own wardrobe for inspiration. There are — of course — skinny jeans, which will retail at Barneys New York from May 8 for $106; denim HotPants, at $102, and flat-fronted gray pinstripe pants and a matching mini waistcoat, all looks that Moss has been snapped in over the past year or two. There are also plenty of party-worthy pieces, including an asymmetric white cotton cocktail dress for $120; a navy bondage dress, with cutout details at the neck, for $158, and a plethora of fitted jackets in silk and cotton. Prices start at $20 for a cotton muscle-back T-shirt.

And, before the collection makes its debut in U.K. stores May 1, Topshop is giving its customers as much of a glimpse into Moss' creative process as possible — the microsite is made up of a montage of shots of Moss and Lazareanu at the look book shoot, interspersed with snippets of film of Moss, Lazareanu and hairdresserJames Brown, in which Moss loyally reveals that she's "shopped at Topshop for years."

Thanks for posting the article lucy, I just can't wait for the collection to come out
