nangnangnj, I feel your pain, it must be even worse for international customers though ]:
It sounds like a huge inconvenience that they take so long to refund the money- what if you want to withdraw it for something else?!
When something goes wrong I always end up sending horrid, angry toned emails to them demanding to be given the phone number of someone of higher authority but they never give me a number! The helplines are a joke. Extremely unfriendly and pretty much uselless, they normally can'ttell you any more than what's already on the website or in the FAQ ]: They really need better service.
Karen sofie, that dress is beautiful! I tried it on in the shop. I like that it's really tight because of the extra piece of fabric inside the lining at the front. It makes it almost double layered to suck you in! (And i need a bit of that!) Unfortunately my hips are too biiiiiig to pull it off ]:
I must advise you, though, keep an eye on the jewels in the little metal holders on the dress (the squareish ones) because I saw a few in the shop had fallen out of their metal pods. They weren't on the floor underneath them though so maybe the fell off in transit? You wouldn't want to be missing any sparkle!
