Emma looks completely washed out in that dress and it does nothing for her body. Katie looks pretty cute, but way better with the scarf on, as without it her shoulders do look very bare and her outfit is a bit trendy. Anyhow, I think Katie is a fairly attractive girl, I think she just needs to lose some baby fat (10-15 lbs) and do her makeup better and then she'll probably be stunning.

Gosh, she is so thin already. If she is fat then I must be obese. Scary how people think. Proof that she is not fat below. Look how tiny she is.

As an Asian American, I honestly have pride for her. There are barely any Asian actresses or actors in the entertainment industry. Its not that "minorities" don't audition or tryout. They do but a lot of them get rejected. I just find it sad when people say that she is so ugly or just plain. I don't think anyone is ugly. That's such a harsh word. Yes there are better looking asian women than her but so what?

Emma Watson in my opinion is more prettier than Katie, but I love Katie's style. I really liked that Matthew Williamson dress she wore to the GOF London premiere. I can't wait to see what she wears next.

I just skimmed this thread, and I'm suprised by the level of hate she has been getting Why is it that whenever an Asian actress gets cast in a big budget film, there's a huge backlash which angrily claims that she's not the most beautiful person ethnically Asian girl alive? Who cares?? She's a pretty girl, and she's probably endowed with decent acting skills to be cast in the role of Cho. Good for her for landing the role!


As for her style, I don't think it's very exciting at the moment, but I'm sure her choices will get more interesting with time Overall, I think she's cute

Same here, that's how I feel. A lot of people didn't like the mint green dress she wore for the London HP GOF premiere but I loved it. It looks so much better than the dress that Emma wore in comparison.

I think Emma is prettier, but I also think Katie is very pretty in her own way as well. I really like her as well; she seems like a really sweet girl. And I love her accent!

I hope she has a bigger role in OOTP....but I think the actresses playing Ginny Weasley and Luna Lovegood will have bigger parts. (OT but the actress playing Ginny is stunning as well.)

I think she did great in the movie, she carried herself well, leaving us want to see more of her.

In her defense, sometimes it's different to photograph Asian features. So in comparsion she might not come across as pretty as Emma (btw Emma is very pretty). There are certain angles that can make her features stand out more and look better. Those photos I have seen of her doesn't do her justice. She looks much better and have better presence on movie screen imo.
