Katie Leung

^ She waves in HBP? Even if she has a minor part in the books I don't think the director would put her in, seeing as they struggle to include things in all the films. I do love Robert, I will search for those pictures!

Katie went to see Leo Koo's concert in Hong Kong

i just saw this thread and I was like 'theres thread on katie leung's STYLE?!' lol cos i only remembered her awful awful choices from a while back. But wow.. has she got a stylist for events now? Cos she is looking real good on the red carpet now! Not always on spot, but overall she pulls some really elegant looks that suit her well. Simple and not over the top, which i really like. But the everyday photos (non-event), she still looks really bleugh :s Which is why i think she might have a stylist for events..
still, im going to watch this girl.. cos i think its only going to improve from here on.

if she does not do more works i am afraid we wont even get many pictures of her:(

Not feeling the outfit for her trip to that concert. I think she was going for comfort, though.

nice outfit, simple, elegant, love the colour of the dress and the clutch. did she cut her hair or does it just look like that?

she looks very elegant but maybe a different hair style would better:ermm:

The Harry Potter mania that swept the world this summer was nearly annoying (the bookworm side of us enjoyed the commotion). Our darling interns arrived at the office sans energy (their tiredness brought on by late-night reading of the final book), we were visually assaulted by Daniel Radcliffe images everywhere, and we felt disconnected from society, seriously. Case in point: We freaked out when we heard people talking about the death of Sirius, unaware that they meant Sirius Black, not our beloved satellite radio provider. These trials aside, one lovely outcome of the Potter passion was that we found our Girl of the Moment—Katie Leung.

The young actress plays Harry Potter’s love interest, Cho Chang, in the film series and during the press tour for Order of the Phoenix we noticed her harajuku-meets-hipster look. Raised in Scotland, Leung’s fearless personal style spirit reminds us of some of her fellow countrywomen who are fashion individualists too, Annie Lennox and Shirley Manson. While Lennox and Mason have left large footprints to fill, it’s possible Leung will rise to the occasion. She’s clearly open to a range of looks, from glamor girl in a gold Lanvin dress to downtown darling in pinstriped gray tights. We look forward to seeing what she comes up with next—someone cast her in another movie please!

Ashley Isham show for Spring / Summer 2008, London Fashion Week, London, Britain - 15 Sep 2007

DO YOU BELIEVE IN MAGIC?

I haven't found Emma Watson (yet) but there is a Quidditch champ at London Fashion Week, and she's all ours. Presenting Katie Leung, actress and fashion follower, in the front row of the Ashley Isham show.

You know Katie as Cho Chang, the Harry Potter Crush. We know Katie as the girl who wore Lanvin to the Harry Potter premiere, almost upstaging Emma's Chanel outfit. And London fashion editors know her as the girl who held up a major fashion show, since a paparazzi cascade nearly swallowed the runway when she walked into the room. "It's a bit overwhelming to be swarmed by photographers," admitted Katie in her sweet Scottish accent, "but I really like Ashley's clothing, and I've gotten very into fashion in the past couple of years. It's exciting to be able to see my favorite designers up close."
Meanwhile, I found something else pretty exciting: The fact that Katie mixes her own blue / black nail polish because she can't find the right color. "It's a base coat of black, and then a few coats of blue on top," she shared. "I like it because nobody else has it!" And because it looks a little witchy, which is quite appropriate for Fall—and also for Hogwart's honor students!

^ Thanks for posting, I like her lighter hair colour there.

I don't like her, but I love that dress she wore at Royal Academy Summer. Exquisite. :flower:
