Kim is grilled!!

TMZ broke the story, Kim threatened to sue Lockett and In Touch Weekly for defamation -- over a story in which Lockett claimed Kim's been cheating on her fiance Kris Humphries ... with him.

Lockett claims he has phone records, text messages and very personal cell phone pics of Kim -- and if push comes to shove, he's willing to present the evidence in court.

Here's what...I totally believe she was dating a few guys at once and she eventually decided that Kris was the one who fit best with her brand.

BUT, this guy, from the interview I saw on TMZ...seems not very credible. He refused to give straight answers and wouldn't even say if they actually met in person. If all he has is boring texts then he has nothing. That being said, if she doesn't sue...she looks guilty. Every star who is accused of an affair and never sues, IS GUILTY.

and guess what she still sued to get a settlement check. I think any lawsuit now is just to get a paid because the story is already out so whats the point to sue??? I agree there is no point to sue. If its false then just brush it off and continue planning your wedding. But just like Kim she has to make EVERYTHING a big media frenzy and add more fuel to the fire. smh

That's what I figured she would do. Is she affiliated with any charities though? I heard she was looking to get involved with a charity that focuses on Cancer but I haven't heard/seen anything of it.

I'm inclined to think this is all a PR stunt. Nobody that rich/famous would post publicly their wedding registry or even worse list ridiculous things like that. That stuff is not just ridiculously expensive but ugly as well. So tacky.
