I think her family is gorgeous, but Kim (sl*tty dresses and all) has the extra something...her sister looks ordinary, good loking but ordinary....kim stands out

Because Kim is trying to thin out her face and the "open mouth" looks more sexy. I think she really likes being thought as a "sexpot". Also, some men find that look to be attractive.

I think Kim has a extra long face, that gives her a trannyish look., Adriana Lima does that pose alot and I hate when she does it too.

she does always cover her *** because she has dimples on her butt cheeks..there were pics of her when she was with paris in Australia and she was under the beach shower when she removed the wrap you could see a bunch of dimples....which makes me believe that her *** is 100% real...people who normally have butt implants tend to have very firm buttocks and hers is not. Although, she has had breast implants & a nose job for sure..just take a look at the pics before she married that producer guy and now....its like TWO DIFFERENT PEOPLE. but shes a hot hot hot girl..I absolutly love that shes ALWAYS put together, always MATCHING and 95% of the time has amazing shoes and dresses...if she wasnt vertically challenged and didnt have a huge back side I am sure she would be gracing every magazine cover because her plastic surgeon did an amazing job on her and shes absolutly flawless. ( waist up that is hehe)
