It took me forever to realize that once you join groups, the recommendations members have added will play in your personal recommendations radio (unless you specifiy otherwise!). I find this really cool, exciting even, and I've been joining groups like crazy ever since.

The Last fm topic is in the music section. It is very helpful in finding new music. I've even discovered older music I hadn't previously heard of thanks to looking at similar artists lists.
