surfsunshine - I think they are made from satin with lycra cause I've got satin ones that look like these

I have difficulty believing that I can look good in leather pants with such curvy legs.

sursunshine - You ask about the leggings like on the photo from Your post ??? lots of brands make them , I've got satin ones from H&M , I saw them also in Zara last year...

You might surprise yourself. Some really nice leather pants are cut in a dress pants style, rather than a jeans fit, that can work great with curvier legs.

Probably the ebst ever outfit to match some leather leggings IMO is when Victoria Beckham teamed it with some amazing shoes and a chubby cropped fur

It depends on the person who wears them. it might be alright if you cover your bottom with a skirt

I like it FAKE it so definitely not leather but any material that is synthetic and can look alike its fine...

Do You mean Victoria's leggings ??? If yes - it's stretch leather - there is only one company in EU that makes it

I really want a pair of real leather pants, but I just can't afford them :(

BTW I think Victoria looks ridicolous

???? Really, I think she looks amazing! I love the stretch leather leggings coupled with the heels, bag amd the fur. The sunglasses are a little OTT I accept.

I think she looks SO contrived and she makes me really not want to wear latex leggings, cropped fur jackets or hairbands. Or too much fake tan. For me, the leather pants look only works with a more, erhm, relaxed and more human look.

I totally agree, it's just way too much. I think leather trousers/leggings should be worn more casual, like with a simple oversized t-shirt and bedroom hair...

I saw a beautiful pair of leather leggings in some store today, but somehow I'm afraid I will look like a hardrocker from the eighties instead of Alexa Chung.

^I see someone who looks like a hardrocker from the 80's all the time (he might be for all I know), but he's 40, slightly overweight and still rocks the long hair...I promise you that you will never, ever resemble him in any way, no matter how much vodka you drink the next 20 years

Double post, but I totally agree.^_^ I don't think latex/leather leggings works unless you wear a short skirt/dress/shorts or a long tunic over. Cameltoe is not nice.

I'm looking for the perfect pair of leather pants, but while I wait, my faux leather pants from Vila is a substitute I can live with.
