The liquid eyeliner takes LOTS of practice. Sometimes I do it and it looks amazing but other times, my hand will shake and I will make one side crooked. It's definitely a mastered art.![]()
The liquid eyeliner look can be difficult to achieve at first, but i think you get good by practicing; she totally mastered that. Her hair also looks impeccable everyday. It's not that hard though, she used to wear it straight, so it would be a matter of time until she started playing around with the flat iron. Achieving the curl-look isn't that hard, i've leant it from my hair stylist![]()
yeah I also don't think liquid is that hardI think it's important to find one that has a more 'solid' brush though (ie it's not like a bendy paint brush, more like a very very liquid felt tip pen) because they are easier to control and give smoother lines, while still being liquid. Another tip is to do your eyes first with a pencil liner, and then go over top with liquid, since I find that it will generally adhere a bit to the pencil, or in the very least, stay in the same lines of the pencil. Almay makes a really great (and cheap) liquid liner and from the first time I tried it I found it easy to use.
i'm gonna have to recommend Lancôme artliner, it is the best one ever.
i wonder what lauren uses, i doubt mark :/
She needs to fire that makeup "artist" i prefer her everyday look, she looks like she has too much foundation on red carpet hq's. I agree her curls look impeccable, i envy that! i cant use the flat iron to curl my hair and god know ive tried! theres no tutorial that can help me out, i always end up with one decent curl, a whole mess and a sore head!![]()
