"Don't tell Mr. Tell! Ahead of her upcoming wedding to fiancé William Tell, Lauren Conrad hit Cabo San Lucas, Mexico this week to celebrate her bachelorette party. The author and designer, 28, shared a photo via Instagram on Thursday evening, June 19, showing a line of streamers against a gorgeous ocean background. Conrad captioned the shot, "Let the games begin."
That evening, the Hills alum hit Cabo's beachside restaurant The Office with her gal pals, including her fellow Laguna Beach star Lo Bosworth and their longtime friend, DJ Jilly Hendrix. They weren't at the sunny spot for long, however, as they took issue with the restaurant's practices. Just in time for LGBT Pride Month, Conrad took to Twitter on Thursday night to share that she and her group had taken their business away from The Office in protest. "The Office in Cabo does not allow same sex couples to participate in couple games," she wrote. "Had to walk out. #equality #StopTheHate"
Bosworth, 27, chimed in as well, tweeting, "If you support #equalityforall don't eat at The Office in Cabo San Lucas." The intolerant incident didn't seem to put too much of a damper on Conrad's celebrations, however, as she happily returned to Instagram on Friday morning, June 20. The businesswoman posted a photo of an iced cookie shaped like a diamond engagement ring, which read, "Lauren's Bachelorette." "Almost too cute to eat…" the former reality star wrote of the treat. "Almost."
Conrad will say "I do" to her recently law school-graduated love, 34, in the coming months. The musician and esquire proposed to the blonde beauty in October after almost two years of dating. In the days following the engagement, LC shared on her personal blog that she was "beyond thrilled" about her upcoming nuptials."
