I agree Cicc. I like the skirt, I like all the aspects of the outfit, but I don't think it looks so great highwaisted on her. She looks kind of uncomfortable. the outfit would have looked more relaxed if she had worn it at her natural waist. She doesn't have to wear a Balmain skirt AND have it be highwaisted AND a blazer with pushed up sleeves AND balmain shoes AND tom binns (?) necklace. I think she's trying to fit too many elements in.
