Anyway, this is horrible. Reminds me of those 'gangster' guys in my city who wear their fake Lacoste polos with the collar popped.

To pop or not to pop... that is the question

Hey all

I just bought a new Burberry polo shirt. It has the plaid on the underside of the collar. When the collar is worn down it looks like a non-descript polo shirt. With the collar popped the plaid is visible.

What do you think ... pop.. or not?

Any pics? If you were in the UK I think I would err on the side of non popped, but I suppose burberry check doesn't cary the chav connotations over in Canada.

Clearly Burberry intend you to pop it ... the question is whether you want Burberry making styling decisions for you If you bought it at the Burberry store, I have found that they have a fairly generous return/exchange policy.

Oh lord, a lot of people would actually love this product...I don't necessarily think chav, but I do think Vince from the Shamwow commercials-and he doesn't even pop the collar.
