Just came across this, looks like Lily was a Topshop girl at the beginning of her career:

Topshop has a reputation for casting girls who go on to be some of the modelling world's biggest names: Londoners Lily Donaldson and Lily Cole starred in 2004's spring/summer campaign, as did Brazilian supermodel Caroline Trentini.

I only wish I could find some photos! Does anyone have them? And I thought I knew Lily's career backwards and forwards.

I'm assuming this was shot in Arizona? I can recall Lily tweeting that she was working there. Great to see that she can still score a Calvin Klein ad, even if it's not the mainline campaign.
