Lily's tweet about Cool Earth and Vivienne Westwood looks to be an editorial that will be featured in the upcoming March issue of Harper's Bazaar UK.

This morning I did a photo shoot and interview on climate change for the March issue of Harper’s Bazaar (it will be out in early February) with models from the Storm agency – we are so grateful for all the help and on-going support Storm are giving us with our project. I was also really pleased to spend time with the models: Lily Donaldson, Poppy Delivigne, Jaquetta Wheeler, Sadie Frost, Paul Sculfor and Max Rogers. I knew Jaquetta and Sadie already; they all looked wonderful but I was impressed by how interested they are in our work and how willing they all are to help us.

Lily had a Cosme Decorte contract from around 2007-2009, I believe. I just wasn't sure of which campaigns came out when.

Also, FMD lists BMW, Emanuel Ungaro, Tiffany & Co, Topshop amongst her campaigns, but I don't think she's worked for any of these brands, though I'm not 100% positive.

I have never seen any evidence of these either. I guess it could have been pre 2004, maybe.
