I don't know if anyone has responded yet, but her top is by Nieves Lavi. I think it's sold as a dress, but I'm not sure if it is still for sale. Shopbop.com had some a while back, but you could just do a quick search on google and see what you get if it's not there. Hope that helps! BTW, I kept the picture since it was really small, and you might not know I was responding to your question without it.
