I scanned it from Fashion Rocks, a supplement that came with my subscription to Lucky (September issue). I think the supplement came with a lot of other magazine subscriptions too, but I don't know if it's sold in stores.

The scan is sort of crooked, so if anyone else has the supplement, please feel free to make a better scan

He is a cute baby. It's funny because she's such a stunning brunette and Milo is so blonde. I guess Royston's hair is fair? lighter than Liv's I think. I'm wondering if she's planning on having baby #2 anytime soon?
