Louis Vuitton Mens S/S 2014 Paris

I like this collection. The boy scout jackets are particularly cute.
Kim's vision of Vuitton reminds me a lot of Marc's late 90's/early 00's collections for the house - that kind of aspirational, sunny, positive, superluxe mood. I think it's a strong look. Feels good for now.

Seriously, Kim Jones never disappoints. The best thing that has happened to LV menswear, IMO. It's luxurious, chic, young, cool. I adore the tailoring and those slightly skinny suits. I love how chic so many of the look are and how they're styled with jackets in divine fabrics. I actually really like the prints. They added anther fun element to the collection. There's also a subtle boyscout/ranger thing going on with a few looks in middle, which are too cute. Honestly, this is one of the highlight of PFW and the whole season thus far. I just realized this was the best day in terms of awesome collections: first Phillip Lim, then Dries and now this. I want it all.

How ironic is it that the season when every designer does 'street/sporty/activewear' KJ does something on the classic side. Makes me wonder what Alber/Lucas are going to do.
All of the suits are impeccable.

There's something so delightfully tacky about that monogramed tux. I'm so here for this collection! :)
