Louis Vuitton Monogram Jean

My friend is on the waiting list for the denim speedy, she said there were already 70 people on the list ahead of her  She had to put her cc number down to get priority but its been a month and she still hasn't been able to get one:(

Someone on another handbag community just sold a Pleaty too (pretty certain it was authentic), so I'm sure they were being sold at one point in time, if not now.

the denim line is out in stores already (it has been for awhile now) and occasionally it will pop up on eluxury at odd times of the day. Right now the specific styles that are out is the speedy, the pleaty, and the flat shopper.

the prices and the eluxury links for these three are as follows:
speedy - 1280

pleaty - 1070

flat shopper - 1100

In sep/oct there will be another denim piece, this one is the one that is pictured above and I believe it could be known as the denim pochette, the price for the denim pochette was quoted at $630.

Hope this helps and good luck.

they have been out for quite some time now. before summer to be exact.
and are available in every other store ;)

Thank you! That looks interesting and it looks much better than I expected... it gives it a sort of Western touch. Oh! It reminds me of the Celine bag on eluxury

I say get it. It's £650, and the long shoulder strap is £61. There is limited availability within the boutiques, and if it will be continued isn't confirmed yet...

Cool!! I am seriously considering getting the baggy GM....and with the holidays here, I feel even more pressure to get it. You know how we sometimes wait until things are nearly sold out before we decide to get them.
What do you think of this style, I want something kinda big. Though Im gonna goto the local LV store and see what they have in stock.

ETA: Is yours the Neo speedy?? Thats the one they have on eluxury.

Yes, mine is the Neo Speedy, the Baggy GM is quite small actually. It is slightly larger than A4 size and not very deep. It looks quite large in the pictures, but it really is smaller IRL.

Maybe you're thinking of another style. I dont go by the picture, I go by the actual dimensions. This one seems quite roomy: 11.7" x 13.3" x 5.1" width (much bigger than the neo speedy....6.2" x 6.2" x 12.5" ). But I wont be ordering online, because they have this style and quite a few others in-stock at the LV store. And our Saks also has an LV boutique, so I'll see what they have before I make my choice. ^_^

Yes, it is larger than the Neo Speedy, but you would stuggle to put more than one A4 binder inside as the bag is not very deep, otherwise the bag is perfect. My SA told me she didn't know if Monogram Denim is permanent, but expects many bags to be left over next season.

Im sorry, but what the hell is an a4 binder?? Its a handbag not a bookbag. Why would you stuff book/binders in a $1200 bag? The only thing going in my bag is cellphone, sunglasses, money, lotion, shoes, etc. :p

Anyway, I got the bag yesterday, its a big and roomy hobo--I love it. Its perfect if you have a preference for big bags, which I do. B)

I have a baggy GM and it's pretty big. I also bought the optional longer strap so the bag can be worn messenger style. It's a great bag.

Maybe you were thinking about the baggy PM?

That's a polite way of saying "its soo unpleasant no one is buying it, not even Paris Hilton"

Lots of customers in our store come in with thier Monogram Denim, it's soo...Incredibly. I have to say at the new Vuitton in Chevy Chase they worked the Denim masterfully into the floorset, also that the Cherries went much faster, since they came out at the same time. Perhaps it's the fact that it's DENIM...and costs THOUSANDS...
