I actually really like the idea. Its rather cool.

I'm not gonna lie. I do think it's cool and I do think that we might see this more often in the future instead of real models.

I'm sure we're gonna see models in this campaigns too by Teller and/or Weber.

I really hope the campaign is only by Testuya Nomura and there won't be other shots with real models or celebs by Weber or Teller because it would completely ruin what could be one of the most best fashion campaign done in a very long time.
Some people will probably find it pretentious or gimmicky but I absolutely love it. I love that they deciced to follow the anime inspiration of the show with a video game aesthetic for the campaign. Also I'm a huge Final Fantasy fan so maybe I'm biased but I think it's amazing that they decided to collaborate with Tesuya Nomura. The result is really cool and extremely refreshing.

So many brand are trying to emulate Slimane's Saint Laurent aesthetic right now. They think it will make them cool and relevant and thus attract younger costumers. Yet it actually makes them look pathetic but also makes the whole fashion world even duller that it is lately. Maybe Nicolas is also trying to attract new clients with this campaign but I love how innovative it is even if it's not groundbreaking it actually feels very new and unexpected. And god knows we're seriously lacking of great novelty & unexpectedness in fashion nowadays.

He's bringing LV outside of the limits of fashion, just like Marc Jacobs did when he started collaborating with artists. Now every designer has done the "art collaboration" thing but here Ghesquière pushes the boundaries even further. Even if his collections aren't as stellar as his work at Balenciaga, this campaign shows that he is and will always be one of the greatest visionnaires, and leading forces, of this industry.

This is so much fun! And the clothes and accessories look really real good. J'adore!

I saw this on Instagram and thought it was collaboration of some sort, I had no idea it was apart of the campaign.

I like the idea, these animated figures have more life and presence than the majority of the human models associated with the label so I'll take Nomura before the others are released.

I love it, they followed that great theme of the show and it really works here. I think they'll use some real models, but they won't be as cool as this animation and the whole campaign will be messy and forced in a way just because they had to use Freja/Rianne/Another-bland-runway-filler. I hope I'm wrong.
Oh, and now it makes sense why this collection was so costume-y ;)

This has me excited! The concept is super eccentric and the inspiration is there! Campaigns can have a endency to be dull but hopefully not this one! Hopes are high, the anticipation is real!

This is kinda cool I guess. But what's up with the hairstyle. That half mullet aint cute. Geez.

That hair is straight out of Final Fantasy, which is their jam. And I love it so much.

I like this concept too, I think this really expands on the point that campaigns are becoming a multimedia experience. I'm intrigued if/how this will work for print - but so far I'm loving this. And the journey of the Series is interesting and how Vuitton have worked with Ronnie Cooke-Newhouse to develop this series, even into an exhibition, it's a clever marketing strategy to explore Nicolas' vision.

The series and its concept is explained pretty well in the series of image in the books Juergen published with Steidl (I Arrived in Paris, The Flow and Season Three). I don't doubt that we'll see more photographers contributing to this.

Oh wow I saw this on Instagram and didn't even think it would be the actual campaign.
This is such a clever idea and it really targets all types of demographics. I applaud Nicolas for pushing boundaries and I think the concept fits perfectly with the Asian/futuristic inspired collection. Having played Final Fantasy 13, where the character Lightning is from, this is extra cool for me because who would've thought.... :flower:

I´m hyperventilating! I love this so much! I´m not a LV kind of girl but this is good advertisement, makes me want to buy

She´s the character Serah from Final Fantasy XIII :)

Don't get the excitement. This does nothing for me. Absolutely nothing.

It's already boring me as well.

And for the people who are praising this idea: wait for your beloved models to get replaced by animations like these.
