Actually there is a bunch of stuff on "sale" now - and this new Treasure Hunt thing. But that went live after I was gone for the day. They changed the home page too - you will see the "SALE" link in the top left corner -

So the "Treasure Hunt" is on now. Basically it is for last piece items - where there is only one item left. You actually need to look through the items and mouse over the info "I" icon to see if it is the last piece - it will say "last piece last chance 30% off" in red text. Why can't sales items from LVR not be returned? That is definitely a very bad service compared to net-a-porter and others. And I am not sure it is legal according to EU laws.

I dont think this affects you zarina but anyone in the US - be sure you want what you get on lvr because I got no where trying to get my customs refunded on things I've returned. Not LVR's fault at all but just an fyi.

I would also beware of LVR's items that haven't come in yet but are listed on the website. (although this is more of an issue at the beginning of the seasons than now). It took about 2 months to get a jacket after the date they specified on their website, yet they were pretty quick to charge my credit card and never email me about any delays.

singer22 does it as well and I actually have a major problem with them. I canceled my order about a month before it was supposed to arrive, they said they could only do a store credit "return" but never gave me the store credit no matter how many times I called so I was out $400. I havent really had problems with LVR tho, they email me if the item is delayed and give me the choice to wait or refund my money.

Returns and sale update

Just an FYI - the return policy has now been officially updated on the site, and there is a big sale happening that started this weekend and will last until the items are gone.

LVR - has the best service and maybe the best prices - def better than NAP.
The fact that they started the sale earlier than NAP and Mytheresa shows how flexible they are! and for sure will be more profitable
Also having somebody at the net speaking to clients is very up to day manner of doing business in these dificult times. Congrats!
I bought nice things on the 30 % sale - but the sale was like playing bingo - every time I clicked every time some new things were on sale and some were back on full price!!! why?

compliments to luisaviaroma for adapting to this difficult economic climate and bringing the sale early. even those with endless money are thinking twice these days and a sale surely makes spending easier the guilt less apparent

i do have to also say that some items are significantly lower than netaporter ... however, i do find the OSCAR DE LA RENTA slightly overpriced compared to other places i have researched.

now, ive been on the site so much as i want and need a coat but all the ones i want are not on sale? i may just wait a little more

Oh, That's nice - you have to check everyday, as some items go on sale and then back to full price!?!?! I'm sure that all D&G was on sale, now is back on full price, same with some items from Jil Sander.
