i'm sorry but most people don't have this much style...she's paired the prada-of-the-moment top with linen pants and a chanel bag...i am struggling to see where she went wrong...would you guys let her off the hook if she carried a red chanel?...like she's so coordinated, she's boring...
I agree-
And if you don't carry a designer bag to the grocery store, what do you carry? Some piece of crap from the Gap? Come on-get real!

I don't understand why your handbag has to match with everything. Sometimes mismatching is a lot more fun.

i wear crappy outfits and a designer bags on the way to the grocery store... I think it is allowed.... is it really THAT BAD? she is not making an appearance, walking a red carpet, or even doing anything that should have to appeal to her audience she is just walking down the street with a cd in hand... i say let her be running errands.
I dont carry designer bags to the grocery store myself, but if thats what you do then its none of my business :flower: [/b][/quote]
it is not that i plan it that way and choose which one i will take looking scruffy, it is just the bag of the moment for me. i don’t switch bags daily, that would drive me bonkers.... i have one big bag i carry for months and then switch so i consider it my "purse" designer or not. i wont take everything out of it and put it in a "non designer" bag just because i am running errands and i think that was what madonna is doing here, i have seen her with that chanel bag a lot recently. I admire it; she seems less pretentious.

Actually there is not a rule saying you must carry a designer bag to the grocery store..and saying a Gap bag is a piece of crap? Maybe you should get real. :woot:
Not all my bags are designer...i have a wider range outside designer bags :innocent:

Maybe i could of phrased myself better...but i agree, theres nothing wrong with not being co-ordinated :flower:

maybe the rabbai man is also her new stylist

i SO wanna hear whats on that CD......maybe a little re-invention preview?
LOL! rabbi berg fashion stylist to the stars......

well she's been taking a liking to von dutch lately too
she is just too boring latley.

is the reinvention going onto cd ?? stuart price ( jaques lu cont/les rythmes digitals/zoot woman/man with guitar......etc) is the musical director for the tour ...he did the last tour as well. im really not excited to hear any of the "re invented" titles. :ninja:

I think Madge looks fine, at least her hat co-ordinates with her top. Who are you to tell her she must co-ordinate?why should she? I think people make too much fuss over what celebs are wearing/not wearing, they are allowed to look haggard and unco-ordinated if they so choose. I think un-cordinating pieces of ones outfit shows individuality and self-confidence, instead of following everyone else like lost sheeps :P

who said she was going to the grocery store anyway

and as for that 'prada' top.......it looks like something you can pick up for about £3 in a crappy high street store

  LOL

madanna....kabbalah,,,,,dominoes....walmart....

not much difference , really  ;)

what happened to her!?!?!

she has gone cult crazy.

Yes...the outfit is not my favourite...the white pants...I don´t get it at all.
Red and blue is really one of the color combinations I never wear because it remembers me of my school uniform :yuk:

But don´t you think longer hair looks great on Madonna?

I really loved the way her hair looked circa the "Ray of Light" video.
She was soo cool!! I dreamt about that outfit for a month I think....great pants and a tiny jean jacket, white tank tee and that GORGE mane!!!!

I really think short hair ages her a lot, and darker hair even more....ugh!

I hope she gets those gorgeous blonde curls again!

Exactly- I have seen tons of pictures with her dressed down. This si nothing new. She is in her 40s- not some tween queen who has to dress up to check the mailbox.
What matters is when she is making a public appearance- she looks great.

Exactly- she's already Madonna.

i said it before and i'll say it again..
who cares what these celebrities wear? its their business..and even if it does look horrid..well as long as they're true to their own style! :flower:

well yeah i hate THAT sort of tie dye and the outfit is horrendously boring but hey i'm 14, it's quite obvious i have a different taste from a 40 year old woman :P

I agree with you completely, people including celebrities should be able to wear whatever they want without being criticised, but this is a fashion forum so people should be allowed to have their say :flower:
