I am liking this but I feel that the collection as a whole jumps around a lot like it is not cohesive. To be expected I guess since the average modern citizen doesn't just have one or two "looks".

it's really chic and wearable without being too weird or being too boring...
a good balance...

the boots look really good-
would like to get a look at the heel to see if there is some weird stuff going on or if it's really as good as i think it is...

I literally laughed out loud at the rugs-packed-in-plastic looks. But there are, indeed, some pretty stylish pieces here; I am drawn to some of the dresses in particular and the length of the dresses and skirts in general - adds a lot of drama.

I find this really fussy. Margiela was always effortless and innovative while remaining minimal. Margiela is one of the labels that can't carry out the same vision and ideology without the man himself.
