Maria Grazia Chiuri - Designer, Creative Director of Christian Dior

It was really a smart move of the brand to orchestrate what USAID has funded in the third-world regimes so that their wives and daughters would feel so inspired to become part of the brand because we peasants never get it!

`a tonne of logo stuff and commercial things with no soul mixed in with some random bits of feminism thrown in to remain somewhat topical`

This is so funny!

Yeah, I also realised that unlike Hedi or Oliivier or Haider Ackermann etc, no one has ever suggested Maria becoming indepedent and set up her own brand.

I do applaud the executives at LVMH (Delphine?) who decides to change her out despite her Dior selling well and stable.
It’s not selling well at the moment. If it was selling, they would’ve kept her
