I think I've noticed this. Ah well. I'm a former policy and parlimentary debater, so I have background in formal debate, and therefore, I try to be as solid as possible and use evidence to back up my statements, if so needed.

Do you, by any chance, know how to debate (policy, LD, parlimentary, etc)? I'd be glad to find another debater on here.

No i have not. I did however take one debate class. The entire semester was concetrated on the 6 qualitites of good evidence.

People must remember that every claim needs to be backed up with good evbidence and that good evidence is precise, sufficient, authoratative, accurate, representatative and clearly stated.

The rumour was said to be true according to Extra or some show I saw while channel surfing last night..they claimed the ad was pulled out of respect for MK's problem.

Really? Where did you hear that? I heard they entered the Gallatin school of Individual Study for the reason that they could still pursue whatever they needed for their company/brand while still attending school.

In regards to Mary Kate, I just recalled that she does have ADD (they have actually admitted this, it isn't hearsay), and that taking medication for ADD can cause weight loss (and she's tiny already). Also, if she's on ADD medication, I don't think that it'd be wise for her to dabble in drugs, as it would be a drug interaction that could be serious...I hope that the medication she's most likely taking didn't bring along her eating disorder partially. If she's on medication and she loses her appetite, that might cause rapid weight loss. :: sigh ::

I just hope she gets better.

Im pretty sure its anorexia. i read an interwiew a magazine had done with her father and he said she had been struggling with anorexia for a couple of years, but it hadnt kicked in before recently.
He also said she has been gaining weight now and is feeling better.
I doubt he would lie about things like that
