First impressions are everything, especially in fashion, which is all about the surface!

And, in case you didn't notice, I also mentioned in a different post that her 'other photos' align better with the brand's image, especially the one featuring the statement necklace.

yeah she is doing a jwa dress poorly and basic so your work is deemed serious while you push clown clothes as intecual exercises .

but thats what you get if your personality in design is all borrowed pastiche of people before you :-)
 
^ to me things went downhill the moment OTB entered the picture in 2012. You could just smell the demands by looking at what was shown afterwards. The first ad (can't even remember the year), the way they turned these recurrent elements into a parody and "codes" to make it identifiable/for dummies. I'm sure we'll continue to see more of that with this designer. It's really just suits managing covers bands to recycle hits ('the remix', 'the final remix', 'the ultimate, must-have remix', 'the remix of all remixes'). 🥱
