gorgeous - the show looks so good. I really like the detail on the skirt in the firt picture. are they japanese runner? my only reservation is that some of the prints look slightly art school....

yes they are.

The label's trio of young designers, Hokuto Katsui (formerly assistant designer to Alexander McQueen), Nao Yagi (a former assistant designer to Hussein Chalayan) and Yusuke Takeyama (from Bunka Fashion College)...

this show began with low-gauge knits that looked like connected to fingerless gloves, and continued with a series of loosely worn, comfy-looking jersey and knit items including hats and baggy pants. zippers running vertically down the back of pants, coats and dresses could be undone to transform the silhouette and design - a unique accent that typified the brand's distinctive serenity.

yes I like it, somehow looking back on it with nostalgia. maybe the prints are more of 80's in Tokyo?

actually helena...the look you're not crazy about reminds me of something i would wear...

a very unconstructed piece but with a more feminine sexy shoe...
or the other way around....i like the incongruity...the 'twist' ..if you will... not always...but every once in a while to shake things up...

and i guess the 80's were really london and tokyo...when it comes to fashion...if you think about it...
all the new romantics coming out of london and all the unconstucted drama coming from tokyo...we haven't had anything to top that...the 90's were a creative void...
since i was too young to afford my favourite things backk then...i confess to enjoying some of the 80's nostalgia...

I am sure you wear it well softgrey. I think i'd prefer the dresses with a flat shoe. I just think the shape isn't so flattering beacuse of the length of the skirt. I would have love dthe prints a few years ago but .....I dunno , they just don't appeal now.
