After the last campaign by M&M, I had better expectations. Disappointed!

this is the same level of Juergen Teller turd. No surprise that the unoriginal M&M did this.

The girl in in the first series of shots is Ever Anderson, daughter of Milla Jovovich!

Wow, just what we all wanted, a new nepotism model to deal with! I miss the days when offspring of the rich and famous were happy to live their insulated, trust fund enabled lives in relative privacy.

Oh come on, she's a gorgeous mini-Milla and not just a spawn of some quasi-celebrity. The whole nepotism thing has been going on like since forever, Isabella Rossellini is the daughter of Ingrid Bergman. Lucie de la Falaise is the daughter of Loulou de la Falaise and the list goes on. Sometimes it's okay to just accept the fact that someone happens to have famous parents.

Third model is actress Ciara Bravo. The textless shots are ok, or maybe it's just the clothes there are less hideous.

Her mother being famous and not just quasi-famous has no bearing on the legitimacy of her career. She, at the age of FOURTEEN, should not be fronting major campaigns aimed at adult women. Her debut as a model was the cover of Vogue Bambini and it's clear the that opportunity and those she's received since are because of her parents. Her acting debut was in a movie directed by her father starring her mother. That says it all. I don't feel comfortable commenting on her looks at such a young age, but I don't think it's apparent that she's extraordinary in any way other than that she bears some resemblance to her mother.

I think most people have a natural kind of built-in sense of injustice that rings the alarm when they see such blatant nepotism. It's not that she isn't allowed to model or act or whatever, it's just that to skip the line in such an obvious way, due to connections and not merit, is clearly unfair. Isabella Rossellini was what, in her late 20s before her career in modeling or acting really took off? She put in the work and has had a lasting career. Liza did the same, Sofia Coppola did the same. Obviously there are plenty of talented and successful people who had doors opened for them initially, but many still took years to achieve accolades and real recognition. I don't know the exact timeline of things, but Gigi, Bella, Kendall, Kaia, Cara, Anwar, Lily Rose, Hailey, Lila, etc. clearly didn't really work for many of the opportunities they've had handed to them right out of the gate. They achieved huge career milestones in some cases when they were still children. Some of them have tried to put in the work to live up to it and have now earned some respect, but that feels like the exception. As Naomi said “I just feel my generation of women, like Cindy Crawford, Linda Evangelista, Christy Turlington, Claudia [Schiffer], we had to earn our stripes and take our stepping stones to get to where we have gotten.” That rings true. Every 3 seconds we have some new offspring foisted on us. Jude Law's kid, Heidi Klum's kid, Milla's kid, Daniel Day Lawis' kid, etc. Enough!

Okay, fine.

Nasty campaign. I wonder what kind of budget do M&M demand to actually make quality work (like their recent Gucci campaign) and not just coast on the prestige of their name?...That shade of green is an assault on the eyes and the cropping/composition is worthy of a Photography 101 student...who failed!

P.S. I feel compelled to defend Milla's daughter because she spoke french when interviewed for Loïc's video on the Miu Miu spring show AND seemed quite educated and polite...the rest of the American actresses could barely form correct sentences...in English.

Milla's daughter has serious potential as a model though she still looks quite young. Nice to see Kiki Layne she does photograph well, the cast seems age appropriate for the brand.

Quite dull.... maybe there's a video component coming up?
