Miu Miu S/S 2007 : Lindsay Lohan by Mert & Marcus

I think I agree with most of you in that I like this ad, but only because it doesn't look at all like Lohan. It doesn't offend the eyes! Wow!

i quite like the ads, maybe miuccia knows that everybody hate lindsay, so because of that she asked mert& alas to make miu miu ads, that "not featured lindsay lohan" but someoneelse who represent the collection. first time i saw the pics, i thought the same with you guys that the girl is karen elson.

The campaign reminds me of the W 'City Slickers' by Mert & Marcus, I think thats why I like it so much,...

i don't care it's Lindsay (i must say i would prefer a model... mais bon...) the ad looks very good!

Yes its nice....but it dosent look like lindsay at all. Its like they just used her initial bone structure and then photoshopped everything else about her away. and she has a different hair colour too.

but whatever, it still looks like miu miu taste. but i wouldnt have thought Lindsay would exactly be some sort of muse to miucca prada, right?

I really don't understand all these "its not Lindsay, its karen, its suvi, its anne blink". It obviously IS Lindsay Lohan.

I think people just cannot accept she can look good and stylish etc. etc...its like denial LOL

Also I honestly don't think its THAT photoshopped . It's just people are trying to attack her because shes Lindsay Lohan. Its unfair. Models are photoshopped to the MAX in ad campaigns *cough* Sasha for Prada *cough*. It's a part of the fashion world, images are photoshopped to the point of perfection - afterall, they're trying to sell a BRAND, a COMPANY an IMAGE of perfection.

I'm not a Lindsay fan, but I think that if someone likes the concept of the Miu Miu ads, they should not try to justify their amazement by attacking the degree to which Ms. Lohan is photoshopped

The concept meant it would be photoshopped anyway , but her face is the only thing that is brought to the ad and whatever "personality" she could have brought it's...well not really there but I'm guessing that is again the concept. Just seems a bit of an odd choice but to me , but I don't hate it.
