The Miu Miu store in Soho already sold out, as did Bergdorf Goodman. Barneys might be getting the runway shoes, so try them. You can also scope Bergdorf for returns since a lot of their inventory was shipped directly to customers who hadn't tried the shoes first.

I asked to be put on the waitlist at Net-a-Porter yesterday and was able to order my size today. They still have a 41 in stock, but you can call to be placed on the list for other sizes. I can post more on the fit when mine arrive, probably next week.
