Agree but she isn't the only one tho, most of the girls from her generation disappeared like Birgit, Cara T, Luna B, Mayowa, Grace E, Kris Grikaite and so on..

I noticed that the girls who debuted in the mid-2010s have it hard now. it's like they're not old enough to be considered icons/legends, but they have enough experience under the belt

Bibi Breslin has the same energy of Birgit Kos... Sad what happened to Birgit. she's great model. Aylah Peterson slowing down since 2022 is also very sad.. She should have the same treatment of Loli Bahia..

I believe that Grace Elizabeth left by her own choice and soon she'll be back. I am sure that Piergiorgio himself would include her in more projects if she asked, also because by removing from the scene the girls who debuted between 2014 and 2017 there wouldn't be a new important generation ready to replace them

Lauren de Graaf, I love her but she has never really exploded, she does some Armani shows though and I would love to see her again at Chanel

oooh I didn't know this thread existed! I have so many thoughts to share!

1st - Stella Hanan - Girl what are you doing SKIPPING this season? I see she was in NYC, but I thought after last season she would be making bank at the couture shows. So I was very disappointed by that.

2nd - I think Vittoria doesn't seem to walk much during the FW seasons as much as she does in the SS which is odd. But I wasn't expecting her to show anywhere during the couture / menswear shows.

3rd - THE NEW GIRLS FROM LAST SEASON!

I was excited by some new girls last season. Sandra Murray I think will be the next big PG girl. He needs someone other than just Angelina haha. Luiza kind of bores me after last season. And I thought Hejia was a PG girl, but again, but she seems to walk anything and doesn't do it for me like she used to.

Ryleabeth was the Ashley girl I thought would dominate, even though she has a *unique* look, but she skipped menswear / couture again so I don't expect much from here.

Esther Santos was another stand out, but I think she will become b list walker like Agel and Yilan. Maybe show up at some big shows, but will walk just about anything. That could make her last a while, but idk about star power.

Bibi Breslin was such a stand out last season... until Paris! So I am not expecting a huge season for her.

Other than Sandra, the girls I am really looking forward to seeing are... Mathilda Gvarliani, Song Ah Woo, Mia Armstrong, Betsy Gaghan, Coumba Mballo, Viktoria Wirs, Camille Desjardins.

I expect top walkers to be Lulu, Sara C., Apolline and QUEEN AWAR
Penelope usually does great, but I just do not like her...
Sascha need more bookings too, she never seems to do as good in Europe as in NYC, but her showings at couture week and menswear were nice.

Aylah is banned from PGDM cause she got "beef" with Piergiorgio.
Her agent accepted a Brokaw gig without giving proper warn in advance to PDGM.
Unfortunately PGDM is the most influential figure in fashion at the moment and getting beef with that teams means not being able to getting offered A-list jobs anymore

I definitely think this season isn't the season for Brokaw girls. Loewe, JW ANDERSON, Proenza, all not showing. Though it seems like a lot of girls who debut at JW ANDERSON never do anything other than that show. So I will be keeping my eyes open at PG shows to see who his new favorite is.

Every season I fall for a new face who literally vanishes or flops the next season ( Eliise Jaasma, Nikki Vrekic, Heather Diamond, Ava Christian, Camille Chifflot to just name a few... ) So I wonder who it will be this season haha


ETA | OMG How did Marc Jacobs get these girls at his show?! Some seasons he has nobodies, but I see so many great faces! Awar, Stella, Loli, Lulu, Sara, Betsy, etc.
