Am I the only woman on earth that wouldn't get an Hermes bag no matter how wealthy I magically became? I understand why they're icons, but they're sooo not me. Maybe if I were a squillionnaire, I'd start an Hermes grant foundation to fulfill the Kelly/Birkin dreams of others.

For myself, though: Lots of Bottega Veneta - the Jardin collection in every available color; doctor satchel in honey croc; Luna hobo in ostrich. Small McQueen Novak in brown croc. Henry Beguelin - maybe the Puffy and Sidney. A custom shagreen clutch - or maybe the Bennett Liberty Powder Box. Or both. And a variety of Balenciaga in any color that strikes my fancy.
