She is so beautiful, I caught one of her earlier movies, where she plays a women who turns into a cat, it is quite disturbing yet i was unable to turn away.
I think she had the potential to be a great actress but her great beauty really stood in the way (I know that this sounds stupid J. Biel said something to this effect about herself - I know ridiculous). Saying that "Tess" was amazing.

I saw "Tess" and I LOVED her. She's magnificent. The movie is so beautiful, so poetic...She's stunning with her ruby lips

Just did an essay on Tess for a 3rd year English lit paper. Fantastic movie, although somewhat dubious in parts. Hard to say how true it is to Hardy's novel, but then I suppose that is largely down to how the individual felt ' Tess of the d'Urbervilles' in their mind.

Kinski and Leigh Lawson make the film for me. Alec's representation is a little bit odd, but Leigh still played the part fantastically.

Does anyone have scans of Nastassja's " Pirate" photo shoot from the late 1970s? It was for Vogue and designed by Polanski I believe.
