New here, got a question about shirt size

Hey I'm new here and I dont really know where i should post this topic so I did it here

The fashion that I've been wearing is those US preppy style like A&F, AE, Hollister. I'm a size small, I have a question about size of track jackets and such.

Do you guys fashiondesigners use a size larger than ur normal size for track jackets? In my case it would be size M, so size M track jackets and under it is a size S t-shirt. Sorry, you guys might think I'm stupid lol

How a size S or M fits depends on the designer's intention. Tight fit, normal fit or huge fit. What size you are depends on the cut as well as your own idea of how it should fit on you. You just have to try it on and see what you think!

In general I'd say that you could very well be bordering between the sizes, and the smaller size could be good for shirts and the bigger for outerwear?

Sizing is an infinitesimally delicate issue, best approached by trying things on. It's the only tried and tested method.
