Nylon February 2007 : Sienna Miller

Sienna bores me to death, and Cory smells kind of passé already. I wouldn't invest a cent on this. yawns.

Cory smells of a lot more than passe from the looks of it!:p

(Sorry, it was way too tempting and I've seen her in person and she looks like a 13 y/o drug addict. Nothing to consider a style icon, that's for certain!)

i think nylon should really have chosen someone else for a cover.
it doesn't actually even bother so much. but CORY KENNEDY. famous for nothing. and now we have to read her column every month. blah.

i could still buy this.
because of gaspard ulliel :)

but i have to say, like many other people, i've been disappointed to nylon lately.

^Yes, but if you compare their earlier issues with the recent ones..... it's like a 180..... they can still feature people who are 'hot' just not the ones that are obviously so.....

Agreed. I'll stick with my 2003 copies, thank you very much. They've hit a new low with Sienna.

boring, boring, boring...
give me back the nylon of old when they actually did great articles on the likes of Joanna Preiss instead of a hogwash like Cory Kennedy. Not reading this magazine anymore...onto lula it is..

Nylon's recent celebrity worship in their articles is a little bit scary.

Case in point:

"I wasn't sure I would come out with much more than a basket full of metaphors to describe her beauty. And, sure, her eyes are oddly reminiscent of plunge pools lit buy underwater lights, her neck has got something of a flower stem quality about it, and her ears do look like Leonardo da Vinci drew them in the the sand with a twig..."

Who wrote this? Sienna's fangirl?

Nylon has been disappointing for me lately. I used to love it but now it's just not worth spending money on.

The cover has way too much pink.

I think they're trying to be festive/ironic for Valentines day, hence the "crush-worthy styles"

I do like the old cover girls better, but maybe they needed to go mainstream because not enough people were buying it and they needed money? I'd rather have new Nylon than no Nylon at all.

I mean, I'm sure they're doing it for money. What I'm asking is whether the mag was in danger of being cancelled, or if it was doing fine ang they just wanted more money.

cory kennedy? jesus.

anyway, another disappointing product from nylon.
