how can you tell if the item on ebay is fake or not?

i need to find out my measurements...lol so far i got 18.5 shoulder, 26 sleeve and about a 28-30 for length. LOL if only I could find someone to measure my chest.

One thing: I'm not connected to the site! Just a fan of the magazine! I like the fact that it's flashy and fun, once you know how it works it's pretty navigationable, or do you mean the online shop thing?
