Perfume Recommendations - Looking for a perfume that smells like...

I was wondering if any ladies here have used mens perfumes?
I loved the smell of Hugo Boss for men but I'm a girl, I know it sounds silly but I dont know how it would be like if I smelled like a guy.

whoa.... mens frag for women is okay. but slow down

Hugo by Hugo Boss is one of the strongest and most persistent frags i've encountered in YEARS! 1-2 spritz will last a LONG LONG time and you'll still smell of it after a whole day of running errands around town. trust me on that one.

i'd say, go for the lighter ones first.

^ Yeah, I agree.
How about Lacoste Essential? It's pretty light and more of a unisex fragrance, imo.

uhm.... no.

Eternity, Contradiction, Euphoria and a many more cKs had both male and female versions.

Any suggestions ?

I'm not sure if someone has suggested this already, but Marc Jacobs Daisy is lovely. I think it is very well suited for a 14 year-old or for any age for that matter! :D

I own Givenchy Very Irrésistible and is smells of roses. So lovely!
L'Occitane also has a rose based scent that smells pretty delicious.
Do you mean the "L'Occitane Eau de Toilette Rose et Reine"?

Perfumes that smell candy and/or bake

I love sweet perfumes that smell candy and/or bake. Can you think of any?
I don't want to miss out on any.

Have you tried Miss Dior Cherie? I love it. Here is a blurb from Sephora

"This is a modern fragrance that captures the timeless couture spirit of Dior. A new interpretation of the original Miss Dior fragrance, Miss Dior Cherie combines pure couture spirit with the audacity of youthful, playful notes for a fresh approach to a timeless classic. Notes of chic, green tangerine, violette, and pink jasmine mingle with soft patchouli, musk, and delectably sweet strawberry leaves and caramelized popcorn for a delicious scent that's truly irresistible." - Sephora.com

I love rose perfumes and in particular Paul Smith's Rose. But I want something a bit heavier and sexier - any recommendations?

miu miu: Thank you for the link. I'm gonna check it out.
fashionista-ta: Really? I wonder which one.

L'Artisan Parfumeur Voleur de Roses - rose with patchouli. does not have great staying power, though.

The Different Company Rose Poivrée - rose with pepper, vetiver and civet. very sultry! not everyone likes this one, definitely try to sample first.

I have yet to try anything from Les Parfums de Rosine ; they have an entire line of rose perfumes; you may find something there to your liking. Rose aficionados seem to regard her fragrances very highly.
