it's such a sad story that one of the golden boys from the last crop of promising designers can't manage to generate excitement about his most recent offerings despite the the quality and craftmanship that these pieces so clearly have. there exist few men of peter som's generation who remains as in-touch with the uptown girl and it's regrettable that he hasn't found a home somewhere where his talents wouldn't get overlooked in the shadows of the prabals, thankoons, and jason wus.
