^ Couldn't agree more with the last two posts...None of the outfits this week really stood out to me...

I hate that Nick left but what appalled me the most was Santino's outright lies AND still acting as arrogant as ever.
I don't love or hate Kara but am a little puzzled as to how she got this far. More power to her though...
And Dan is definitely dreamy and a great designer but for now I'm hoping Chloe will nab the final prize.

Wonder who's the guest celeb next week?

I totally agree- this episode proves that reality T.V. is not based in reality. Although Santino is entertaining, there's no way that ugly jumpuit- with the sleeve falling off- was better that Nick's suit.

Santino is the Wendy Pepper of this season- ugh...

i think i'm the only one who really likes kara.
i think she's had some duds, for sure.. but i'm glad she's still there.
personally, nick bored the hell out of me.

how HE has gotten this far?? forget kara...i think she just kinda slipped by, lol.
but santino... he's been blantly rude to the judges, rarely follows directs, they ALWAYS mention how he doesn't think of his clothes from the point of 'what would a women be comfortable in', he's got a huge ego, and little to back it up, AND he made a mockery of this challenge (being so far into the show..) by using tape and glue to hold it together and presenting something that was falling apart and lying about it.... i don't think he's a bad guy, personally....but c'mon now. he should've went and nick (as boring as i think he is, lol..) should've stayed to get the chance for the final three ... i don't know...i think nick's wrong choice of fabric and lack of pockets was a little more forgivable than santino's gross jumpsuit
it's DEFINATELY sad that they picked santino and his drama over nick, who actually had some kind of talent (personal opinions aside) and made an effort to meet the challenge.
i can't wait to hear what daniel had to say to him about it! (of course, daniel and nick seem kinda close, so it's not surprising)
haha i'm definately on the daniel-loving bandwagon.....

i hope it will be kara, daniel, and chloe for the final three. but it will probably be santino , daniel, and chole. daniel and chloe, for sure..

i was actually so proud of chloe! lol, well as proud as you can be for a stranger. her first time at menswear, and she made such an awesome (and VERY 'nick') outfit.

I find it funny that everyone seems to unanimously agree (me included) that Chloe and Daniel are the best.

The thing with Nick's outfit for Daniel was that yes, it was a tad feminine, most guys wouldn't want to wear it, it could have been better made, but am I alone in thinking that Daniel totally rocked those clothes on the runway?? I thought he actually looked good in that suit. Maybe it's just because he always looks good, lol.

Santino, on the other hand, I thought had the easiest job in designing for Kara, who has a good body and nice facial structure; he could have made absolutely anything for her that would have looked better than what she had on. It was ugly ugly ugly, and when I first saw it, I was like, finally, we will be saying goodbye to Santino.

I guess not.

I think the reason why Daniel was so upset and bitchy toward the judges was that Nick is his friend, Nick made something FOR Daniel, and Daniel approved everything he was making. So he was probably peeved that the things that he liked, the judged bitched about.

Santino is much Brilliant than Nick. Santino is whiny, weird and goofy, but I always look at him as a visionary Artist. I can put him alongside Alexander McQueen and John Galliano.

Nick is creative but very trendy. I can see him designing for his favorite muse, Paris Hilton as she walked alongside the shores with her greek boyfriend....blah, blah, blah. Even Nicky didn't buy it!

I believe that Santino cannot dress a modern career woman of today but I can see him produce a very spectacular and dramatic collection ala Galliano!

I'm so excited to see his creations worn by 6 foot models on the runway..... I guess I'm more into that spectacle and theatrics that way.

I think thats what the judges wants too, thats why they kept Santino around.

Chloe and Daniel for their pretty, practical and clean wearable designs for today's working women, but Santino will bring that Dramatic and theatrical flair!

I'm so sad because I had to miss last night's show. But I heard Daniel V. flat out told Santino that he didn't deserve to be there after Nick got screwed. Did anyone witness that? I can't wait to see it. What a travesty

Am I alone in that I was finally getting fed up with Nick's petulance? He seems like a fun guy to hang around, though ... a tad too bitchy and catty sometimes. I know Santino is egotistical and makes bad, insensitive jokes, but he was not serious about them! He's incredibly insecure, hence his bravado. He does need to take the client, especially the client's body, into account more often.

I actually liked the jumpsuit and I do not know for absolutely sure if he was lying about the jumping around backstage -- though I did get the vibe that he was.

I saw Kara moving a little bit too enthusiastically during the Q & A, hmm. Actually, I think had Kara been more confident about her hot body, she'd have liked it more. She has a cute bubble butt.

I am so sad about Nick.

I really think Santino should have been shown the door. Yes, the suit Nick made was pretty bad and he chose to ignore Tim's obvious questioning. Yet, Santino repeatedly does not design for anyone but himself. He just doesn't get it. It doesn't matter to him that his clothes do not look good on women.

Did anybody else remember Heidi telling Daniel she would have voted him gone had he not had immunity? His outfit did truely stink and that shade of red was totally wrong for Chloe. I was very surprised.

I am so glad Daniel had immunity. That....thing....he made was the most hideous design I've ever seen. He's always been one of my faves and even I would've booted him for that.
And I'm glad Chloe did good.
Santino....ehh....everyone talks about him being too arrogant, etc, but I give props to him b/c he has been brought down to his level so many times on the show so far and still picks himself back up. Although I'm not always a fan of his designs.

But all in all, this was the STUPIDEST challenge in the history of PR.

Well, there already is a Galliano.
When I look at Santino's outfits, I think that he tries to put too many tricks all in one garment. If you are a REAL designer, you don't have to constantly prove yourself by showing all of your talents. Most of all, he will NEVER survive, unless he learns to follow directions. At the end of the day, someone needs to by the garments, and to develop a strong following, you must grow with your client. No one can ever determine, who is going to find their creations appealing. He is going to hear alot of feedback from stores, buyers, stylists, but will have to listen to the direction or he will have no clients.

Yay! I was beginning to think that I was the only one who liked Kara! I was glad to see Nick go. In my opinion, anyone who designs skirts or dresses with fishtails deserves to go. I totally agree with the judges about Nick lacking taste - there was something cheap about every outfit he made.

I hope Santino leaves next round. He has his moments of brilliance for sure but I kinda shudder to think what he would come up with for a full runway collection.

Nick was talented, but he had the worst outfit IMO so he deserved to go. Poorly executed, and badly designed, whereas Santino's was just poorly executed. Santino's was ugly, but more innovative.

I am tired of designers (ie. Santino) coasting by on reputation alone, when they often times had the worst outfit of the bunch. He should have been out after that ice skating challenge. It needs to be judged on a challege-to-challenge basis, not because you did a couple good outfits 5 challenges ago.
