of course shes had some work done.. a lot of our people do (arab women i mean).
heck even i want to get my nose filed!!! :p

shes truly beautiful otherwise though. i love how she's into educating and starting schools.
giving anybody an education is a true gift.

This woman has an amazing body for a mother of 4 children.
She has great style too,she is naturally classy and fashionable without trying too hard. She's really underrated. Her style is better than Carla Bruni or Michelle Obama.
Carla has good style but sometimes she dresses like an old lady. And i don't like Michelle's style, she tries too hard.
I think Rania had a minor nose job. She's a good looking woman, her hair is really pretty.

SO true

Most Hollywood actresses have had work done.I don't think perfection is the most important thing, money can't buy class.Rania is a classy woman. And she is a good role model for Muslim women.

im not denying hollywood actresses work :) i was just making a point as its socially acceptable when its done in small doses like our women do.

No, she has had a MAJOR nosejob.

I an old picture of her once and almost couldn't recognize her.

last pic is stunning!

and wow, i had no idea changing one feature could do so much!

but mashallah shes is beautiful!!!

I don't get why everytime an "ethnic woman" had work done, people always talk about it.
Most white hollywood actresses are plastic and nobody says anything to them(minus megan fox).
It's like "ethnic women" don't have the right to improve their looks but white women are allowed.
As i said before money can't buy class.A classy woman who has flaws is more beautiful to me than a perfect looking woman who is trashy.
Her nose is not even really small.
I thought plastic surgery talk was not allowed here?

OT that wedding pic is really pretty. She looks beautiful.
